When the movable jaw periodically approaches the fixed jaw, the material is crushed by crushing action. Because there are teeth on the lining plates on the two jaws, it has the effect of chopping and Fracturing.

Cone crusher
Figure b shows the gyratory crusher, whose working part is composed of a fixed outer cone and a movable inner cone. The inner cone moves eccentrically around the center line of the outer cone with a certain eccentric radius, and the material is crushed and broken between the two cones.

Hammer crusher
Figure c shows the hammer crusher, the working part of which is the hammer head hinged on the turntable. The material is impacted and crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer and is brought to the grate sieve below and discharged from the sieve holes.

Impact crusher
Figure d shows the impact crusher, the working part of which is the plate hammer rigidly fixed on the turntable. The material is impacted and broken by the high-speed rotating plate hammer and projected to the counterattack plate to be broken again. At the same time, the material is broken by the impact between the blocks, and finally discharged from the lower part of the machine body.

Vertical Shaft Crusher
Figure e shows the vertical shaft crushing. It has two forms: vertical shaft hammer crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher. Its working part is basically similar to the hammer impact crusher, and the working principle is also the same. The material from the upper feeding hopper is crushed by the first-stage rotor and then falls to the second-stage rotor before being crushed for the second time. The product is freely discharged from the lower part of the machine body.

Impact sand making machine
Figure f shows the impact sand making machine (original vertical shaft impact crusher), whose working part is a high-speed rotating impeller. The material falls from the center feeding barrel to the center of the impeller, and then is thrown onto the liner along the flow path of the impeller and smashed. The crushed products are discharged freely along the circumferential space of the impeller and the liner.

Roller crusher
Figure g shows the roller crusher, the working part of which is two rollers rotating in opposite directions. The material is fed between the two rollers. As the roller rotates, the material is pulled between the rollers and then crushed. This type of crusher is forced to discharge.

[4

post-2505","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-rock-crusher
["GET
